Hey! there Screen Flickers is caused by couple of things going on on your PC,
The first thing you need to do is to figure out what actually is causing the problem, you can quickly find out by opening the task manager or you could use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Esc. The next step is to pay attention to the screen and see if the task manager flickers,
If every thing on the screen flickers but the task manager doesn't then the possible cause is incompatible apps to solve incompatability issues of the apps uninstall and install the apps which are compartible to the operating system, in case the task manager flickers along side with the screen, then the problem is mostlikely to be the adps drivers to troubleshoot this is to uninstall video driver and re install new driver and get updates for it.
its always abig task to run the operating system safe therefore its always advised that we keep our system updated. if you have other issues or you need me to make avideo about this and I post it on this platform you can reach me on my Facebookpage
